Doyen of chic city living, Apartment Therapy’s Maxwell Gillingham-Ryan has every base covered when it comes to making the most of cramped urban spaces.

To say we are clambering around the office like a bunch of schoolgirls just to get a peek at his new Apartment Therapy book is something of an understatement. It is quite simply the bees’ knees and a must for anyone – and I suspect there are a fair few of you – living in an apartment.
