Textile designer Megan Quinton trained at Winchester School of Art after which she returned home to leafy Suffolk to begin working for herself designing and making her own collection of unqiue cushions.

Megan’s love for natural textiles led her to produce her first collection of pure new wool felt cushions. Wool felt is one of the earliest forms of textile fabric, not too mention incredibly comfortable to curl up with on the sofa!

We are really fortunate this week that Megan has given mydeco one of her fabulous Peace cushions to give away as a prize to one lucky mydeco Facebook fan.

I love this cushion… the Peace symbol is so iconic and Megan has appropriated this into her collection creating a variety of similar products including the Love cushion. A particular favourite of her work is the Eiffel Tower cushion, equally and iconic shape and translates to this fabric with such ease.

Take a look at some of her work at mydeco.com…
