Get the look – Urban Seaside

Bring the outside inside this Summer by giving your home a fresh seaside makeover.

Luckily for us we don’t need to live by the ocean to achieve the laid back feeling that Summer brings.  Here are some tips on how to create your own summer retreat at home even if you, like me, live in the middle of the concrete jungle.

Fresh white linens and touches of wicker and coral can achieve this nautical look easily. Coral lamps are perfect for this look as well as being affordable. Give your mantels a new life by adding driftwood or porthole mirrors. Accessorise with bell lamps, sea shells, large prints of ocean scenes, navy and white printed cushions and pebble rugs.
