The highest honour to be bestowed on any mydeco community member is that of the Level 3 Designer. But for all those stuck at zero just how do you get to the Level 3 heights of super-users such as milyca8, laurawoodley or hunny?

Hey, this is me! Level 3, get on.

Well, I’ll tell you. Each 3D room, moodboard or folder you create, or follower you attract, is worth a percentage of points which boost your credentials as a mydeco Designer and move you up a level. However, the higher the level the lower the percentage you will receive for each action.

So, with your foot firmly poised on the bottom rung of the mydeco Designer ladder, it’s now time to get climbing! Here’s our guide on how to get to the top:

Level 0 to Level 1

At this bottom level each 3D room you create is worth 50%, so design two rooms and you will have already made it as a Level 1 Designer. Easy!

3D room created by Schaaf George

mydeco newbie Schaaf George, is currently a Level 0 Designer having only created this 3D room. Yet if this gorgeous office design is anything to go by I’m sure it won’t be long until Schaaf makes it to Level 1.

Top Tip: Get busy with the 3D Home Planner and design some more rooms in order to make it to the next level.

Level 1 to Level 2

Now that you have designed a few 3D rooms (and hopefully got the hang of it) it’s now time to get more involved in the mydeco community, if you want to reach Level 2, that is.

Through following another member you will have completed 20% of this level and for each additional 3D room you create you will also be another 20% closer to Level 2.

3D room created by hollyboylan

At present, user hollyboylan is a Level 1 Designer. Her purple bedroom design, above, is very on-trend with plum being one of autumn/winter’s biggest colours. Just follow a few more mydeco Designers Holly and you’ll soon be at Level 2!

Top Tip: Your room skills are almost up to scratch, but you need to network! Seek out some designers and follow them.

Level 2 to Level 3

This is where it gets tough. True mydeco Designers need passion and dedication, so to reach the lofty Level 3 position you need to work hard!

At this level each 3D room you design is only worth 10%. You also need to impress your fellow members of the mydecorati if you stand any chance of getting to the top, as for each new follower you gain you receive 10%.

3D room created by Ariannina

mydeco member Ariannina has proved she’s a worthy Level 2 candidate, but can she make it to the top? With a few more stylish designs like this bedroom above, Ariannina is bound to attract more followers who will help her on her way to level 3.

Top Tip: Try to encourage the Designers you follow to return the favour and follow you!

Now that I’ve enlightened you with this insider knowledge, it’s up to you to gain the top honour of Level 3 Designer. So carry on creating, follow other users, and try and impress the community with your stunning designs to attract more followers!
