Mother’s Day is fast approaching, with only just over a week to go until it’s the 10th of March. I always struggle to find something for my mum that is original and interesting, but still useful – so my first port of call has always been something that smells nice. I love these apothecary soaps; they’re made of gentle, natural ingredients and the recycled packaging means you can save the world (just a little bit) at the same time.

My mum also loves to receive accessories for our living room, so I like to choose adventurous cushions to match the colour scheme. At the moment I’m loving these bird cushions – I have such a habit of buying anything I can find with a bird print!

A vase always makes a lovely gift, particularly when it comes with a twist. I really like the design of these hanging vases, and they’re small enough to have a set – they’ll beautify any wall.

Anything tea-related is also a perfect gift for my mum – I definitely acquired my tea addiction through the countless cups we drank together when I was younger! Some of my favourite gift ideas are tea-related, here are a couple of pieces I’m considering.
