This week, we’re running a 30% off sale with one of our new boutiques, Couch Design. We love their approach to design – a husband and wife team, they are inspired by the design fairs and antique markets they visit all over the world. Their upholstery is all made in England and their couches all shout ‘quality’.
We love the mix of classic design and quirky touches in their pieces. I particularly like their bold range of colours – there’s something in the collection to suit any room.
We’ve been inspired by Couch Designs’ pieces to scour the web for other interesting couches. Here are a few of my favourite finds…
I love this bold green design by Aiveen Daly – it works so well against this dark colour scheme.
One of the all-time classic sofa designs, I think this fresh white Chesterfield is distinctive and interesting to look at.
I love this bold design by Anthropologie. The image on the sides and the back is a photograph taken in Brazil – coupled with the quirky choice of feet, it’s a look that really works.
My final sofa pick is this innovative design by Seungji Mun. I love that the sofa is designed to suit both the human owner and their feline family members. Definitely not the most conventional choice, but I think it might just be my favourite!
I'm the Editor of the mydeco.com blog, writing about the interiors that inspire me most. I love bright colour against neutrals, and have a soft spot for themed rooms. Quirky accessories are my favourite and I love nothing more than finding something bold and beautiful to make a room really stand out! Read more posts by Laura.
