One of the most important purchses we make is a sofa. It’s the place you go to relax, put your feet up, lie down and ponder. It needs to be comfortable, tempting and make you smile. These sofas are in no particular order but each and every one makes a statement and invites you to sit down, lie back and relax.
The Gilded Sofa by Lisa Whitmough of Squint is opulent but very inviting, look at that deep, soft seat.
The Pimlico can be found at The Conran Shop, a haven for sofa buyers. I love the charcoal pinstripe upholstery.
The Peahi Sofa by Sophisticated Living is so versatile. It separates, goes around corners and can be totally re-arranged.
The French do some of the most amazing sofas. My favourites are covered in vintage linen.
This is one of my all time favourites from Talisman. I have trouble staying upright whenever I lay eyes on it.
Emery et Cie have a fabulous range of banquettes. Soft leather cushions sit in their signature iron frames.
This Wingback Sofa by Tom Dixon is stunning. Left alone or covered in bright coloured cushions it would look good in ay setting.
Finally if you are lucky enough to live somewhere warm, which incidentally I am not, then an outdoor sofa is perfect. If you’re looking for more options, we’re offering free delivery on all mydeco.com armchairs & sofas until the 25th of October.
