Brad Ford

One of the most talked–about young designers today, Brad Ford has established his signature aesthetic as sophisticated, balanced, timeless and functional.

With ten years under his belt, and a degree in interior design from FIT, Ford is going nowhere but up. Having trained under some of the great heavy–hitters such as Thad Hayes and the late Jed Johnson, Ford now more than holds his own within the design community.

Already firmly rooted in the traditional design industry, Ford is now blazing trails with his innovative and wildly popular blog, designtherapy.com. Having garnered credibility with the old guard and the new, Ford brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and style to any one of his numerous projects.

Mayer Rus

Throughout his career in design journalism, Mayer Rus has been one of the most consistently outspoken voices in the field. He is currently the Design & Culture Editor of the Los Angeles Times Magazine, where he casts his gimlet eye on everything from high opera to low television. Prior to moving to California he was Design Editor of Conde Nast’s House & Garden (U.S.) and the author of the provocative Testy Tastemaker column. He was also Editor–in–Chief of Interior Design magazine. Always looking to spread his gospel of good design, he has written for The New York Times, Vogue, Wallpaper, Elle Décor, W, and Artforum. Check out the world of Mayer on his designer profile page and his blog From Rus With Love (fromruswithlove.com).
