Great idea for a group - but what really is your dream home?

What really is your dream home? let me start off then. I don't quite live in the ultimate dream home - pockets not deep enough.. but if money was really no option - i veer between two desires. 1) An old beautiful, historic home. Georgian, Victorian, Gothic - I don't really care the idea of it is enough. 2) A modern, wooden, flat pack. German/Swedish design sort of hits the spot. Clean , green, space and light. Would seem from this that I am torn between the two. In reality live in a late Victorian workers cottage/terrace in the north.....
