I am looking to make my home a little more "special" and would love to find great value ornaments that you can't buy from the high street : lamps, wall mats, sculpture...
You could either try a local antiques market, or get in touch with your local art college - they often have exhibitions where the students sell off their work. Something unique and possibly an investment for the future?
Find people (like me!) that make bespoke items. Any commissions I get are never repeated unless that client requests matching items. That's the only way to get something unique unless you make it yourself.
