More technical problems

I'm still having lots of difficulties with 3D design. It often hangs and when I look at the room on my profile it says "picture not available". I have to start the room from scratch. I get the fault mentioned by a previous poster where placing a certain item in the rooms results in the "too many designers message". Items sometimes float above the tables they are placed on, appear tiny or simply do not appear at all. Today I could not get wallpaper to show up on the walls. Also all the art seems to be in the Tableware category.

Finally - when I try to access the next page of questions in the customer support section I get direct to the Q&A "homepage".

    mmm.. it's working fine for me. Internet Explorer is not always the best browser to get the best internet experience (here we could rail against the evil Bill Gates empire) - particularly where its an old verson of that browser (for example, ie6). One of the things I found useful is to download the "firefox" browser from Mozilla. It's free and dead easy to use, and you'll find that lots and lots of websites suddenly become even more of a pleasure to surf. This is the link..

    I am actually having a lot of the same problems. When I click on my room to edit it in 3D, it does nothing. But before, when I was able to edit it, it would just tell me that there were too many designers on and it would e-mail me the picture. I never received an e-mail and the picture hasn't updated...
