    David Oliver was born in Moree, New South Wales and studied Fine Art at the National Art School in Sydney. In the late 80’s and early 90’s he experimented with many avant-garde events and exhibitions including working as a freelance creative consultant for Dance Delirium in Sydney and as a performance artist for the Recreational Arts Team (RAT) New Years Eve Party supporting Grace Jones.
