Figureheads of the world of interior design, each has created a range of signature furniture packages and bespoke interiors for apartments, houses, hotels and serviced residences.

Our furnishing packages offer the most cost effective way of achieving a ‘designer look’ for any property. These designs have been created with affordability in mind and will appeal to those looking for a designer interior at a reasonable cost.

However, if you require a more individual look to your development, one of our designers will be happy to work with you on a bespoke basis on larger projects.

  • Take as many recommendations for consultants and builders as possible.

  • Know your limits – don’t try to be an expert on things you simply don’t know about.

  • Use consultants for help and advice, this can prove less expensive if you can ‘cherry pick’ guidance on an hourly rate.

  • Agree a cashflow and payment terms upfront.

  • Undertake a condition survey. Take lots of photos of the areas where the builder will be operating.

  • Arrange weekly meetings with the builder, take notes and issue to your builder.

  • Find samples/photographs of the items that you want the builder to reproduce. Record in writing.

  • Never overpay on items that haven’t yet been completed.

  • Any changes to the scope of work, agree costs and time implications there and then. To allow you to keep on top of final costs.

  • Don’t pay for items that are incomplete/incorrect or defective. Insist that errors are corrected before you pay.

  • Point out items that you aren’t happy with as soon as you see them.
