Filmed at the wedding venue yesterday, and was horribly disappointed; set in a gorgeous location, a 400 year old tudor hall and barns but oh what had they done to the interior.....the backdrop is a cavernous brick barn with the original beams, and it could have been spectacular, but it was filled with utter tat - white fur curtains (looked like dead polar bears), led lights in blue green and red, the biggest and tackiest yellow gold chandelier I have ever seen, blue carpet, gold voiles pinned to the brick, fake ivy on 4ft candle sticks, leather padded doors..... it was like an episode of footballers wives set in a Dubai shopping mall. If you ever ask an interior designer on a commercial contract what one of the worst inputs on a job can, pound to a penny one answer will be the client's wife getting involved and insisting on input. Great place to do links though, ie the me talking to camera bit-managed to get in references to 007, George Cloony and sharks; who said property was dull!
