    Hi guys It's been so long since I wrote a blog on here. I hope everyone is well, and I hope everyone is all prepared for christmas lol.     I have found this artist that paints modern interiors/exteriors and his work looks absolutely stunning. Some of his modern designs look really surreal and colourful. To have those colourful interiors and exteriors on canvas is just so unique and wonderful. Seeing as most of you are designers you will really appreciate this guys artwork.   • Artist block has been lifted - Wahay!

    Finally the deep magenta blank canvas has been completed, and I do not have to stare at it anymore, thinking of inspirational ideas. In between some days out & night outs I completed it over the weekend and I am quite please with the end result. I also created something else on the side as well but I need to take photos of the finished article. This edition features a medieval house, a surprising bungalow and a glamorous, gadget-filled home.   • Britains got talent - Besides design what's yours?

    Besides designing, art, decorating, etc, what other secret talents do people possess? I have recently been sucked into watching Britains got talent, and I was thinking if you had the opportunity to face the 3 judges what act would you perform on the big stage? I am sure you all have some sort of secret talent hidden away. I like dancing, and when i was a wee little boy, Michael Jackson was at his peak, and he was one of the greatest performers in the world. His dancing was out of this world, and it's something I always wanted to emulate but haha I couldn't it was so difficult. Fell on my backside a few times trying it. I loved the Michael Jackson performance on saturday night on Britains got talent, that was really good. That was supposed to be my act, haha he knicked my idea, but knowing me I probably would have got 3 buzzers straight away.   • Hopefully my luck will turn tonight

    As you all know i am currently suffering from artist block which is really not good, and manchester united won last night, so all in all its turning out to be a bad week. Hopefully my luck can turn tonight if Liverpool can beat chelsea, and that may just lift the spell of artist block i am suffering from :-)

  • Do you ever get designers block?

    Like when writers get writers block, is there such a thing that exists for designers? I mean I am going through a horrible period of artists block. I have this long canvas painted in deep magenta, but I don't know what to do with it. I have been drawing furioulsy different sketches of designs that could go on this coloured canvas, and now I am at the end of my scrapbook. Haha I have even hung it on my bedroom wall opposite my bed, so when i wake up, it can remind me, that its naked and needs clothing. Its beens like that for a few days now, and nothing. I am a perfectionist, and I will not choose a design just for the sake of it, hence i am now stuck. I could choose any of the designs in my scrapbook, but they just don't feel right to me. I will get there eventually, I always do with all my work, but...............do designers experience something similar?
