  • ILVA is.. no more! :(

So it's finally happened! After being in administation for two and a half weeks, it was announced yesterday that ILVA are officially closing. It is such a  waste! I feel really let down that this has happened. Being with ILVA since the begining, and literally putting the store together during august 2006, i think it's a shame that it has come to this. I thought that ILVA may have hit it's peak this year - a little bit too late perhaps! I'm still optimistic and hope that it may come back to the UK in a few years time. If the buyers, investers suppliers etc can hopefully get it right next time round. Any thoughts? Let me know!

No trams or busses could get in or out of Picadilly. When i finally got home and later switched the news, I found that there had been riots because the big screens had not switched on properly. I do not think this is sufficient reason for people to start rioting in manchester. Why did they not go to one of the hundreds of pubs in and around Manchester? Most pubs have T.V's more »
