So it's finally happened! After being in administation for two and a half weeks, it was announced yesterday that ILVA are officially closing. It is such a waste! I feel really let down that this has happened. Being with ILVA since the begining, and literally putting the store together during august 2006, i think it's a shame that it has come to this. I thought that ILVA may have hit it's peak this year - a little bit too late perhaps! I'm still optimistic and hope that it may come back to the UK in a few years time. If the buyers, investers suppliers etc can hopefully get it right next time round.
