These innovative candle vases are available in a number of sizes, colours and traditional motifs - shown is the Maxi Tower design, in Red, with Copper Horseshoe Arch motif (see our website for other options). The candle vases are handmade in Morocco from translucent wax, do not melt in use, and last permanently using replaceable tealights. The intricate motifs are made from copper or thuya wood and based on traditional arabesque patterns found in Moorish art and architecture. Although the candle vase is made from wax, it is lit by a separate tealight (supplied) that is placed within it, ensuring that the vase itself does not burn or melt. So the candle vase can be used permanently, simply replacing the tealight from time to time! During the day, the candles look great as decorative vases. When lit at night, the vases glow through both their bodies and motifs, instantly creating an exotic ambience to transform your room.
