With its combination of patinated brass sheet surface and carved, oiled teak, this table has a vintage, weathered feel. To achieve the antiqued effect, the brass sheet is burnt and oxidised, a coating of tin is added by hand with a cotton cloth and finally a layer of wax is applied and buffed to give the desired sheen. The table can works well as a casual dining or kitchen table.
