Our Pradesh Furniture range is built according to traditional methods; its fine-grain wood and varying colour shades give the furniture a solid, warm appearance. To enhance the unique character of the Pradesh furniture, each item has been given a distressed finish to create an aged look; sides and corners have been rounded and surfaces deliberately left irregular to provide a handcrafted effect. The wood used is a product of nature, so its characteristics are unique in every way and, as such, no two pieces of wood are equal in shape, structure or colour. Hairline cracks and wind cracks, together with big and small knots are the result of years of growth and originality. That is why variations in colour and shade are inevitable within each piece. In time, through use and exposure to light, furniture will obtain a paler and softer colour, making it truly unique to your home. As the name suggests, this Pradesh tall table should be teamed with stools, such as our Grace bar-stool. It is made from solid acacia, stained to a warm brown colour and lacquered.
