What's the ethos behind your brand?
Scandinavian Design based on good quality material combined with great design. I look for products that both have a purpose and fit into the every day life of the design conscious family.

Where do you find inspiration for new collections?
Generally, I find inspiration on my trips to Denmark and in Scandinavian design magazines, blogs and books.

Who's your favourite designer and why?
Hans Wegner, as he combines understated style with exceptional craftsmanship and quality materials. My favourite piece is the Wishbone Chair and one day these will replace my 7-series Arne Jacobsen chairs, which have served us well for many years.

What is your most prized possession?
My family and a small oil painting bought on my first holiday to Mallorca with my then to be husband. It’s of the cliff at Cala San Vicente in the north/west and when I look at it I always feel relaxed.

What do you like about mydeco and which product from the site would you most like to have in your own home?
mydeco attracts people who are genuinely interested in design and looking for something a little different. mydeco is great to work with and the team is very hands on in all areas, which is a great support. I would love to have the Gubi Grasshopper floor lamp in anthracite grey.
