What's the ethos behind your brand?
BODIE and FOU is a lifestyle brand and award-winning concept store offering unique, modern designs for the home with a focus on family living, creativity and effortless stylish French chic.

Where do you find your inspiration?
Pretty much everywhere….A photo, a design, a sense, an emotion, my travels, my family and friends, someone’s styling. I look at the world through images, which is why I love Pinterest (http://pinterest.com/bodieandfou/) so much and I absorb everything to bring out my own vision of things and a unique collection that has the BODIE and FOU stamp on it.

Who's your favourite designer and why?
Furniture designer Paola Navone. Her designs and interiors have a contemporary yet relax vibes to them that suit my idea of a family home that doesn’t compromise on style, warmth and comfort.

What is your most prized possession?
My two Paulistano chairs by Brazilian Architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha, Winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize 2006. Mendes da Rocha designed the Paulistano in 1957 and it is an amazing, timeless piece of design.

Who's home would you most like to look inside?
I would love to hang out chez Interior Designer Jacqueline Morabito who designs beautiful, inspiring white interiors mixing contemporary lines with vintage finds.

What do you like about mydeco and which product from the site would you most like to have in your own home?
I would love to own the AA Butterfly Chair – it’s a timeless classic that looks equally good in the lounge or outside on the deck and the new NEW-YORK black & copper wall light that has a great ‘boutique hotel’ feel.
