We added up a selection of items MPs claimed for in their expenses (as seen in The Telegraph) and found if they had they shopped on mydeco.com, they could have spent a whacking 93% less, saving the taxpayer £21,827. We’re going to lobby Gordon, Dave and Nick to be made official supplier for all MPs second home expenses!

A certain member of David Cameron's inner circle splashed out £31.80 on four lowly breakfast knives from sloany department store Peter Jones. Silly billy - didn't he know if he'd shopped on mydeco he'd have found classic Dubarry cutlery from Viners on sale?
