The mydeco forum is designed to be useful and fun! Please read the following 'rules of etiquette' so that all our members can get the most out of these forums.

Usage of the mydeco forums implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• We want to hear your views! Please feel free to share your views, advice or ask questions, but please do not abuse or harass other forum users or community members.



• Passionate debate is strongly encouraged! We know you have strong opinions and we want to hear them. However, please avoid using aggressive, abusive or offensive language in the mydeco forums or we may have to suspend you! This includes aggressive, abusive, unnecessary or repetitive complaints to mydeco staff. Feedback will be dealt with much quicker by emailing community@mydeco.com. Racist, violent, sexist or pornographic content will be removed and offender’s accounts suspended.



• If you are offended by any content in a forum post, please click on the ‘notify moderator’ button on the post itself and we will review it and take the appropriate action. No vigilante-ism, people!



• Please do not spam the forums or use it to solely promote or advertise your company or service. We don't mind you adding links to relevant businesses or services where you feel they will benefit other mydeco forum members (if it's a useful link we positively encourage it), but if you do include a link to your own website in your post, we'd really appreciate it if you would place a link on your website back to the forum post on mydeco.com. This way we're all happy and the world keeps spinning.



• We do moderate our forums (with a real live person!) and if we feel a post is intentionally spamming the forum with too many irrelevant links, we will remove it.



• Please do not post the same message in several forums. If you think you have posted in the wrong topic section, let Cleberry know so she can delete the original post and you can write a new one in the appropriate section.



• It is your responsibility to use the mydeco forums lawfully, as set out in the Website Terms and Conditions. In particular, please note that the transmission, distribution, storage and/or posting of any of the following material is strictly prohibited on the Forum and/or any part of the Web Site:
  
  
  
  
  • Material which violates any applicable local or foreign law or regulation. This includes without limitation any unauthorised use of material protected by patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, material that is obscene, defamatory or libellous, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates rights of privacy or publicity, or violates export control laws.
  
  
  
  • Offensive content which includes without limitation misleading offers, advertisements, personals or any make-money fast schemes, pyramid or chain letters, fraudulent or criminal offers including but not limited to registering another email address other than your own, any posting with the goal of harassment of another, sexual requests from or for a minor, racial slurs or comments, harassment, placing a fraudulent ad, unsolicited advertising or unsolicited email (whether commercial or informational).
  
  
  
  • Any matter which discloses personal or private information concerning any person or entity, including without limitation phone number(s) or addresses, credit or debit card information, User account numbers, passwords or similar financial information, and home phone numbers or addresses.
  
  
  
  • Advertisements which in any way undermine the mydeco community, or which at mydeco's discretion are deemed to be in inflammatory, offensive or otherwise inconsistent mydeco's standards of business ethics.
  
  
  
  • Any messages, data, or images that might be considered by a reasonable person to be obscene or which contain racial, ethnic, religious slurs or derogatory epithets, or advocating violence, hate or other language that is deeply or widely offensive.
