One of the biggest annual UK interior design and architecture shows is to take place in London this autumn.
From September 24th to 27th, 100% Design London will be staged in Earls Court and feature a variety of cutting-edge materials, sustainable architectural products and showcases of emerging talent.
Among the special events taking place in 2009 is the Colour, Design and Creativity Seminar, which is organised by Mix magazine and will highlight the various ways that colour can be used inside and outside of the home.
'There is no other show that connects the worlds of architecture and design with innovative, contemporary interior products, creativity and an exciting mix of new and established talent,' the organisers of the event said.
The trade exhibition, which is part of a series that also includes the 100% Design Shanghai and 100% Design Tokyo events, will appoint the JAM design agency as its creative director for 2009.
In a role previously held by designers such as Tom Dixon, Ben Kelly and Tim Pyne, JAM will be working to produce a show reflecting the importance of British design to the UK and the rest of the world.
