The UK’s most anticipated contemporary art event is back with a bang.
Join the art crowd and scoot over to Regents Park in London for the sixth annual Frieze Art Fair from 16 to 19 October. With 150 art galleries showing works by over a thousand artists, this is one event of the art calendar that can't be missed.
Rub shoulders with international collectors and ogle at the rich and famous – Claudia Schiffer, Kate Moss and friends flocked to Frieze last year.
Aside from the jaw–dropping gallery line–up, Frieze boasts specially commissioned artworks, an education schedule and a jam–packed programme of artist speakers. Hear Yoko Ono’s thoughts on performance art (Friday 17th). Marvel at famed New York art critic Neville Wakefield's 11 commissions – site–specific works like Jeppe Hein's animated trees installation and Bert Rodriguez's performance project, where passers–by can enjoy a foot massage!
Top tip: don't miss the new Frieze Sculpture Park in Regents Park English Garden.
