Buy with confidence at mydeco
If you’ve found something you love on mydeco.com and are thinking about getting out your plastic, you might like to know that buying online is just as risk free as buying from a shop.
Thanks to a very helpful set of regulations called the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers who purchase online are protected with a no-quibble returns guarantee. Just like buying from your favourite high street shop, If you don’t like the product upon receipt you can pack it up again (within seven working days) and send it back to the retailer you bought it from to receive a full refund. You don’t even have to give a reason.
Will I have to pay for postage if I want to return something?
If you return an item because it is unacceptable quality, or it is not fit for the purpose it was intended for (those 'statutory rights' you read so much about on receipts) you’re entitled to have your return postage fees refunded by the retailer. However, if you are returning a purchase because you just don’t like it, the retailer is not obliged to cover your return postage costs. However, many of them are generous so it’s worth checking their Returns Policy.

A small number of product categories fall outside this no-quibble returns guarantee. You are not entitled to refunds on bespoke products made to your specification, perishable goods (such as fresh fruit and flowers), newspapers, audio/ video recordings and goods that by their nature can’t be returned. However, the vast majority of products you can buy on mydeco ARE covered by the returns guarantee.
